GTM Advisory for Asora

About Asora
Asora is an early-stage B2B SaaS company based in Dublin Ireland. They are building a purpose-made vertical SaaS for modern single & multi-family offices and operating in a market with a few strong legacy market leaders.
The Challenge
Before Adam reached out to me, they had the first 10 customers, mainly acquired through their network.
They were actively searching for support in growing their business, putting a solid GTM structure in place.
In Adam's words: 👇
“We had a lot of unanswered questions and didn’t know where to start. We needed someone who could take a holistic approach to our GTM and guide us through the process.”
Asora faced several challenges:
🔴 Their GTM motion was just starting, and they weren’t sure what would work. Should they focus on outbound, inbound, or both?
🔴 Their positioning and messaging were unclear.
🔴 The pricing was too complex, and their sales cycle was long due to an unstructured sales process.
🔴 And the original sin of founder-led sales… product demos are mostly feature presentations.
🔴 Their website needed a revamp as it wasn’t optimized for client acquisition.
The Solution
Asora found me through LinkedIn. They had followed my content for a while, and after discovering my “100+ SaaS Growth Tactics” product, they felt I was the right fit to help answer their questions.
We started with a 6-month GTM Advisory (which was extended 2x times already to 18-month and counting).
Here’s what we worked on:
1️⃣ Refining ICP & Messaging: We sharpened their Ideal Customer Profile and crafted a compelling messaging framework.
2️⃣ Content Strategy: I helped rework their content strategy to reach their target audience with consistent, strong messaging across channels.
3️⃣ Sales Process: We structured their sales process. How to do sales discovery & product demos and use Hubspot.
4️⃣ Pricing: I helped simplify their pricing model to make it clearer and easier for customers to understand + made the pricing public & transparent
5️⃣ CRM & Sales Enablement: We worked on setting up their CRM and using a strong sales deck in their sales process.
6️⃣ Introduced a 2-step sales process (disco & demo)
7️⃣ LinkedIn Founder Brand: Started to post 3x/week to use LinkedIn as an acquisition strategy
The Results
Working together helped the Asora team to execute faster and with more confidence, leading to several key improvements:
✅ 2.7x increase in MQLs: With a clearer ICP and stronger messaging, they saw a significant rise in Marketing Qualified Leads (nearly tripled the number of MQLs).
✅ Decreased cost per MQL by 50%: At the same time lowered the cost per MQL by more than 50%.
✅ Increase in Conversion Rates: Along the full sales process (from MQL to closed won), Asora increased their conversion rates.
✅ Growth Potential: They now have a scalable GTM framework in place, setting them up for continued growth.
What Was Most Valuable for Asora?
For Asora, the most valuable part of working with me is the hands-on approach and practical actionable advice.
They value the fact that I get deep into the product and market so that my advice is not generic, it’s specific to them.
“Alex demonstrated a real desire to understand our business. After each session, we go out with a clear plan on what to focus on and how. He gives the whole team confidence that we are dealing with an expert. He listens carefully while at the same time teaching us about best practices. Having Alex as part of the team has enabled us to execute faster and with more confidence than we could have imagined.”
