About Vchfy
Vchfy is a SaaS platform that empowers online stores to launch branded, CI-compliant voucher pages - without relying on third-party coupon sites.
When we started working together, they were doing $100k–$500k ARR with a team of 6, backed by early-stage funding and recently acquired by Coupons.de - a leading coupon platform in the DACH region.
The Challenge
Despite having 300+ customers, Vchfy's growth had stalled for nearly three years.
The leadership team knew the product had value—but several GTM bottlenecks were holding them back:
🔴 Vague ICP across a fragmented customer base
🔴 Positioning that failed to differentiate them from generic coupon platforms, making it hard for prospects to understand what the product really does, why they should care and how it's different to other coupon platforms
🔴 Low adoption, a large portion of their customer base was inactive
🔴 Monetization, their pricing model was pure performance-based (affiliate fees), making revenue much less than what it could be
🔴 Lack of clarity on the best GTM channels to get new customers
🔴 No repeatability in the sales process (it was different for each client)
The Solution
Vchfy brought me in to help reset their GTM foundation. Our priorities were:
✅ Defining their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
✅ Clarifying positioning and crafting messaging that resonates
✅ Rebuilding core GTM assets (website, emails, sales deck)
✅ Changing their pricing model to better to enable growth
✅ Identifying relevant GTM channels
✅ Refining and standardizing their sales process

How I helped the Vchfy Team

The Results
After 6 months working together, Vchfy had a clear GTM playbook and foundational assets in place, including:

✅ A new pricing strategy (being tested at the moment)
