Who will I be working with?

You’ll work directly with me - 1-on-1. I’m not an agency, and there’s no handoff to junior staff. I personally guide and support every founder I work with. Think of me as your GTM co-pilot, hands-on and in the trenches with you.

Do you also offer hands-on execution?

It depends on the package. In the standard GTM Advisory, I don’t execute for you - because I believe founders need to own their GTM to truly succeed. That said, I work closely with you: reviewing, optimizing, and even drafting key pieces so you’re never alone in the process.

If you’re looking for deeper execution support, the GTM Operator package includes hands-on implementation where I take on parts of the GTM execution for you.

How long is the GTM advisory?

The GTM advisory runs for 6 months — designed to give us enough time to build, test, and refine your go-to-market strategy. After that, you can extend the engagement in 3-month increments based on your needs and momentum.

Can I only work with you for one month?

I don’t offer short-term engagements because GTM success takes time and iteration. My advisory program runs for 6 months, with the option to extend in 3-month increments. I’m your strategic co-pilot, not a quick fix. We’ll build for long-term impact, not short-term wins.

That said, I offer a no-risk guarantee: if after the first month you feel it’s not the right fit, you can walk away - no strings attached.

Want to test the waters first? You can start with a one-time GTM audit and then decide if a longer-term partnership makes sense.

Can I do a free trial?

I don’t offer a free trial - but I do offer a no-risk guarantee. If after the first month you decide the engagement isn’t the right fit, you can cancel and won’t be billed for the remaining term. It’s my way of ensuring you feel confident moving forward without unnecessary pressure.

Do I need to pay upfront?

Yes, all plans are paid upfront on a monthly basis. You’ll receive an invoice at the start of each month with a 7-day payment window. This keeps things simple and transparent for both sides.
