It depends on the package. In the standard GTM Advisory, I don’t execute for you — because I believe founders need to own their GTM to truly succeed. That said, I work closely with you: reviewing, optimizing, and even drafting key pieces so you’re never alone in the process.
If you’re looking for deeper execution support, the GTM Advisory Plus package includes hands-on implementation where I take on parts of the GTM execution for you.
The GTM advisory runs for 6 months — designed to give us enough time to build, test, and refine your go-to-market strategy. After that, you can extend the engagement in 3-month increments based on your needs and momentum.
I don’t offer short-term engagements because GTM success takes time and iteration. My advisory program runs for 6 months, with the option to extend in 3-month increments. I’m your strategic co-pilot — not a quick fix — and we’ll build for long-term impact, not short-term wins.
